Nikhsha Consulting has been promoted by Mr. Nikhil Anand Negi, a highly experienced and seasoned HR professional, who has over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Recruitment, Training and HR Consulting in various multinational and regional companies in India and the UAE. His industry exposure includes the following sectors.

Mr. Nikhil Negi holds a Bachelors Degree in Science from Himachal University, India, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Certificate in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society, UK. He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), UK.

He started his career with Coopers and Lybrand India as a Personnel Consultant. He later worked with Maruti Suzuki India Limited as Training and Personnel Executive and Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd as Training Manager.

Since 1991 Mr. Negi has been in Dubai and during this period he worked with the following reputed organizations:

  • Jumbo Electronics (1991-1997) as Assistant Personnel Manager, Assistant Manager-Personnel Systems &Training and Personnel Manager.
  • DUCAB (1997-2005) as Human Resource Manager
  • Jashanmal Group (2005-2007) as Group HR Head and
  • Empower Energy Solutions (2007–2015) as Human Capital Director
